What is your Refund Policy?All uninstalled merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be refunded within 7 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 14 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Otherwise, a return/refund may be denied. Customers must inform Prissy B Luxury Hair of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

How long does shipping take?Our Shipping Policy is as follows: 1.Prority mail Shipping in 1–3 Business Days $15.00 Once I receive my items I will ensure it is exactly what I ordered before using them. Items cannot be returned or exchange as long as it’s been altered. They must be in its original condition. All lace products are final sale! (Closures , frontals, lace wigs!). I understand that my order may take up to 7 days to process before shipping.

What are the terms of payment?Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, After Pay and Shop Pay Installments. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Prissy B Luxury Hair reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted. Medium to High Fraud orders will be automatically cancelled.

Does PrissyB ship internationally?Yes we do! All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.
